For purposes of attending to the concerns of our associates we operate a 24-hour “Transparency Line” that is accessible 365 days a year by phone, through a website, and an e-mail account. Over that line it is possible to report any violations of our Code of Ethics, and the line is managed through an external service and an Ethics Committee that is made up of Pochteca’s CEO and Executive Director.

In 2015, we received 27 complaints, 15 of which were referred for investigation; 9 cases have been solved and 3 more are still being investigated.
